What kinds of memberships do you offer?
North County Fitness & Performance provides several membership options to suit your needs. We offer a year-long unlimited membership for those committed to long-term fitness, a flexible month-to-month plan, and an open gym membership. We're proud to offer discounted rates on our unlimited memberships for military personnel, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers. Our open gym is accessible throughout our operating hours. However, during class times, the available space may be limited. Your membership grants you full access to our equipment and facilities at all times, regardless of scheduled classes.Do you offer a complimentary pass to visit your gym before deciding to join?
While we don't offer a complimentary pass, we do provide a seven-day trial option for $25. This allows you to experience our facilities and services before making a long-term commitment.Do you offer drop-ins?
Yes, drop-ins are $35. If you’re visiting for a longer period, feel free to reach out and we’ll figure out an option that works best.I’m new to strength training. Is this gym a good fit for beginners?
Absolutely. We coach all levels. Every workout includes movement guidance, scaling options, and hands-on coaching support. Whether you’re just getting started or have been training for years, we meet you where you are and help you progress from there.How big are your classes?
Our strength classes are capped at 30 members to ensure quality coaching and safety. On average, attendance ranges from 15 to 20 members, depending on the time of day. You can expect structure, space, and consistent access to coaching support in every session.Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Along with our group strength and conditioning classes, we also offer one-on-one personal training, partner training, and small group sessions for members who want more personalized programming and added accountability.Do you offer specialty programs?
Yes. We offer specialty programs throughout the year, including powerlifting, HYROX and DEKA training, RunStrong, and nutrition-focused accountability programs. These are designed for members who want a more targeted approach toward a specific goal.What makes North County Fitness & Performance different?
