Spartan Race Training
Our Spartan Race Training program is meticulously designed to prepare you for the grueling obstacles and demanding terrain you'll face on race day. We've developed a comprehensive training regimen that combines strength conditioning, endurance building, and technique practice to ensure you cross the finish line with confidence and pride.
HYROX Training
Our HYROX training combines strength work and running intervals to build the engine and durability needed for competition.
We offer HYROX-focused classes that develop general strength, conditioning, and movement efficiency. These sessions are a strong foundation for anyone interested in competing or simply training at a higher level.
For athletes preparing for an upcoming race, we also offer small group specialty programs with more intentional, race-specific programming. These sessions focus on pacing, transitions, strategy, and the specific demands of HYROX events.

DEKA Training
Our DEKA training blends strength, conditioning, and functional movement into a measurable, repeatable format.
DEKA is built around ten training zones that challenge different aspects of performance. Inside our classes, you’ll build the strength, endurance, and pacing needed to move efficiently through each station.
We offer DEKA-focused classes to develop your base and improve overall conditioning. For athletes preparing for a specific event, our small group specialty program provides more targeted training, strategy, and progression leading up to race day.
